Increase the number of messages sent and disable the Android system notification “The application sends a large number of SMS. Do you want the app to continue sending messages?” You can use a Windows computer with the ADB program installed on it, and connect to this computer your Android device that you want to modify.

Procedure:

Root is not needed.
First install Android Studio and Android SDK Command-line Tools.
(Tools -> SDK Manager -> SDK Tools (Tab) -> Check the Android SDK Command-line Tools -> Apply)

echo 'export ANDROID_HOME=/Users/$USER/Library/Android/sdk' >> ~/.zshrc
echo 'export PATH=${PATH}:$ANDROID_HOME/tools:$ANDROID_HOME/platform-tools' >> ~/.zshrc

or if you have BASH:

echo 'export ANDROID_HOME=/Users/$USER/Library/Android/sdk' >> ~/.bash_profile
echo 'export PATH=${PATH}:$ANDROID_HOME/tools:$ANDROID_HOME/platform-tools' >> ~/.bash_profile

If you don't have ADB you need to download it.
The easiest way is to just install Android Studio on your computer or from this link.

Connect your device.
Extract the file you downloaded to C:/ADB/platform-tools.
Go to cmd (start - cmd)

Enter commands:

cd C:/ADB/platform-tools
adb.exe shell
settings put global sms_outgoing_check_max_count 5000
settings put global sms_outgoing_check_interval_ms 900000
exit

Ready.

A list of all global variables can be viewed by entering the commands:

adb shell
settings list global

We reboot the device:

reboot
